Prices

Rates for rental are as follows:
Between January and December
Maximum price per night: £125
For 5 nights its a reduced £90 per night
For a stay of 2 weeks or 10 days its £75 per night


A 50% deposit is needed for reserving dates, contact us for the exact dates for booking.
Full balance and outstanding payments to be paid 2 weeks before you enter the apartment.

If a booking is cancelled and deposit is paid then only the deposit if not returned, if the booking has been cancelled and both the full amount and deposit has been paid then only the deposit will be refunded.
