Fully fitted kitchen with all the utensils you need and also a microwave, toaster, cooker, hob/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Living room has a TV and comfortable sofas to relax after a long day. The sofa-bed sleeps 2. The living room is also used as the dining area and has a dining table with seating for 6.

The outside of the apartment block boasts a large patio with adequate table and chairs for those afternoon and evening parties. The patio is private and leads on to the garden which is shared between residents only. If you are arriving by car then there is secure parking in the garage for all guests.

To enter the flat you have to go to the 1st floor building, the entrance to the flat has both an elevator and a staircase leading to all levels, the elevator is large and has wheel chair access.
